The Spouse Career Center offers Military Spouses interactive tools and information to support their pursuit of portable careers.
The Career and Education Pillars provide Military Spouses opportunities to learn more about themselves and their next steps.
- Career Exploration. SCC Consultants help spouses explore all options with tools like Career Assessments, Interest and Skills Inventories, Portable Career Statistics, and Earning Potential Metrics.
- Education and Training. Spouses work with SCC Consultants to create a plan of action that considers Financial Aid Options, Education and Training Program Resources, Credential/License Information, and, for eligible spouses, the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts program (MyCAA).
- Employment Readiness. SCC Consultants help spouses perfect their resumes and hone their interviewing skills. They also cover Job Search Techniques, Relocation Planning, and Flex-Work Options.
- Career Connections. SCC Consultants help spouses get the right job in the right career by leveraging existing relationships and resources like the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), USAJOBS.gov, and CareerOneStop.
